Privacy

Short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and has no forms. It doesn't know who you are.

What happens when you visit

The site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google). Like every web host, it receives your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser's user agent, so that it can deliver the page and protect against abuse. Google keeps these logs for a limited time under its own privacy policy. They aren't used to build a profile of you, and this site doesn't look at them unless something breaks.

The Download button

To show the current Luna Launcher version, your browser asks GitHub for the latest release when you open a page with a Download button. GitHub sees that request like any other visit to github.com (GitHub's privacy statement). The download itself comes from GitHub too.

What isn't here

  • No cookies and no local storage.
  • No analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
  • No fonts, scripts or images loaded from other companies.
  • No contact form, newsletter or accounts.

Luna Launcher itself

The app has no ads, no recommendations and no analytics. It goes online only for the background photos, the weather (Open-Meteo, no account) and its own updates (GitHub). An IKEA hub is reached only on your own network, and photos from a folder never leave the TV.
